Pain Management

It is common to have pain syndromes in Stroke victims. Shoulder Hand Syndrome, Shoulder pain, Thalamic Pain syndrome, Knee pain on the unaffected leg etc are some of them. Pain in a stroke patient is managed with one or many modalities including Stretching and exercise, Heat – Deep / Ultrasound/ superficial, Electrotherapy – TENS / IF / Electroceutical, Laser therapy, Acupuncture, Local Infiltration / Prolotherapy / Phenol / Botox injections and Medications.
